Came to address as I needed a service and report. Didn't service it. Told me I needed a new vent took 40 quid and dissapeared telling me he needed a part. When I called him after 4 days he told me his suppliers didn't sell the part but would sell me a new boiler for 2 grand. REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
