Profile

Tumble Tots from 6 months to 7 years old

Age-specific classes designed to develop children's physical skills of agility, balance, co-ordination and climbing, through the use of brightly coloured Tumble Tots equipment. The programme is structured to develop children's positive personality traits including confidence and self-esteem.

Gymbabes

During our Gymbabes class we aim to stimulate your child's interest in their surroundings and provide a gentle and stimulating approach to physical activity. With help from parents, babies are encouraged to use all their senses gently and without pressure: playing, exploring, crawling, rolling and learning together in a happy relaxed atmosphere.

Walking to 2yrs

Toddlers can explore a wide variety of movement experience through free play. With help from their parents, they make their first attempt at rolling, climbing and jumping. Each session is 45 minutes long and we also include a musical element to each of our sessions with action songs and rhymes during the session. The session programme changes every two weeks allowing the development of lots of new skills and ensuring every session is exciting and fun.

2-3 years

Now children are using more challenging equipment however there is still lots of input from parents. Children are now introduced to the concept of Tumble Tots ‘activity stations’ which form the basis for a range of activities to develop skills of agility, balance, co ordination and climbing.

3 to school age

The 3 to School age class is a fantastic way to ensure your child takes part in regular weekly exercise, building valuable self confidence at the same time.

More challenging task sequences encourage children’s co-ordination, body awareness and controlled body movements while developing confidence and self esteem. Children are now able to attend their sessions without parents developing social skills and an understanding of the benefits of regular exercise in a fun and exciting environment, also ensuring they are well prepared for their school years ahead.
