We work closely with Insurers and are able to provide cover for all non-standard risks including but not limited to the following:
Property affected by subsidence, mining, flood, those built of non-standard materials including but not limited to cob, wattle and daub, concrete, timber framed, stone etc., let properties including multi-tenancy, flats
Proposers affected multi claims, poor credit history, convictions, unusual occupations
Travel for those with pre-existing medical conditions including mental health issues, those going on cruises or adventure holidays, single trip or annual policies with no upper age limit
Term Life Assurance for those with pre-existing medical conditions including mental health issues
Anyone who has been refused insurance for household, travel or life for any other reason
