Choice Counselling is based in Hastings, St leonards and London, we provide an individually designed treatment package to help you naviagte through the times in your life when it is neccessary to pause and find a better way to think, feel or behave. Counselling and Psychotherapy are positive steps to creating the best possible outcome in many situations. Through the use of creating a theraputic relationship and providing a safe confidential space for you to explore limiting beliefs and the best solutions to lifes problems. We are available for face to face sessions at one of our london or East Sussex offices and we also have an online counselling service when it is more convenient.
